Bill McLendon has extensive leadership experience across the aerospace and defense industry. With multiple successful tenures as a CEO and other C-level positions in significant aerospace ventures, he has a proven record of stewarding organizations to success through creativity, operational development, and financial progress. The top graduate in his class at the US Air Force Academy, he also attended Oxford University, England as a Rhodes Scholar. While an Air Force officer, he was an instructor pilot in the F-15 and served in the first Gulf War.
David Lukjanovs has over 35 years of aerospace experience with a focus on manufacturing and fabrication. Lukjanovs has earned a reputation for outstanding operations management, revamping product lines, and significantly improving manufacturing strategy and profitability. As a former member of the U.S. Navy, he has the confidence of his customers and business partners to deliver innovative, efficient, and reliable solutions.
Jeff Hartman oversees all financial matters for ETI Tech. Hartman has a long history of financial management and acquisitions in the aerospace and aviation industries, having led many organizations through periods of aggressive growth and into significant prosperity and success. He earned a BA in Business Administration with Honors from Principia College in Elsah, Illinois, as well as a MBA and MS in Accountancy degrees from Northeastern University in Boston, Massachusetts. He is a licensed CPA in the State of Florida, a Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA), and a member of both the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
Kay O’Diam has over 35 years of experience in accounting, human resources, and business management. Having been with ETI Tech for over 13 years, O’Diam has played an integral role in the internal workings of the company, including creating employee initiatives, managing internal finances, working closely with DCMA and DCAA, and much more. She has continually proven to be a vital contributor of the ETI leadership team and has been instrumental in the company’s growth over the years.
